Ride Mileage Guidelines:

The Board has the final decision on all rides:

Mileage is only for the round trip from the starting point and back. On invitationals, mileage cannot exceed the longest route planned by the organization.

Single day rides:

1. Rides with starting time and place must be published in the calendar.

2.  A minimum of two (2) club members must ride.

Multi-day rides:

1. Rides with starting time and place must be published in the calendar.

2.  A minimum of five (5) club members must ride.

3. An article must appear in the newsletter about the ride prior to the early registration cut off date.  The article must include dates, location, approximate mileage, contact person, cost, etc.

4.  Contact person will have additional information about the ride.
